For a standard CSV import you can export all the data of a selection of persons and use this data for your CSV import. - There are 2 options if you want to update the operator cards: you can edit it manually or you can use a customized import. A customized import is a paid service so please contact TOPdesk support if you want a price indication. - An e-mail address is sometimes used in "My settings" (Settings (Upper right corner) > My settings). Every operator can do this manually.
