Answer: It is not possible to report on the audit trail in an incident. Neither is it possible to directly export the audit trail to Microsoft Excel. Using a workaround it is possible to export the audit trail: ⒈With the CSV Export you can export the database table mutatie_incidenten to Microsoft Excel. This database table stores the audit trail of incidents. The CSV export may need to be activated first. An introduction to the CSV export, where to find it and how to use it can be found in KI 10336 - CSV Export Wizard. ◦For an overview of the content of those tables: KI 5577 - Audit trail: table in the TOPdesk database ◦An overview which fields the audit trail tracks, can be found at: KI 9433 - Audit Trail: Which fields are registered in the Audit Trail? ⒉There exists an OData feed table which tracks the status change history of incidents: IncidentsSnapshots. More info on this OData table can be found in KI 10941 - OData: Retrieve historic information from incidents through OData. ⒊If you only wish to export the audit trail of separate incidents instead of all of them, create a "Log action" that triggers on the operatorgroup. For each call, you can export the log actions overview to Microsoft Excel. You can use the field "Date/time of change" to check when the field has changed or include that in your logbook entry.
