The adjustment of the current URL or the addition of new .topdesk.net URLs is a free service (up to 5 URLs in total). When the URL is changed, users working via the old URL may lose their connection to TOPdesk without being able to save their work, so pay attention to the timing in your request. Extra URL Using the same link you can also choose to have an extra alias added to your existing environment, so that the environment is accessible from both addresses. Up to 5 .topdesk.net URLs are free of charge, if you want more, additional ones are a paid service. It is also possible to request a URL in your own domain (ie. https://servicedesk.company.com) to be added to your TOPdesk SaaS environment. You can use the same form to request this. Using custom URLs is always a paid service, but the 1st URL is already included in your subscription fee and thus free of charge
