Hide operator name and/or time stamp in email

For version 5.7 and higher: ⒈Go to 'Modules > Action Management > Action Explorer'. ⒉Go to the email action.

For version 5.7 and higher: ⒈Go to 'Modules > Action Management > Action Explorer'. ⒉Go to the email action. ⒊Click 'Insert field/list' to add the field to the email action. ⒋Select the right field, but do not immediately insert it. ⒌In the pop-up, click 'Formatting Options' in the bottom right. ⒍Select '[1] Hide time stamps', as shown in the image below: ※ This will hide the date stamp and the operator name from the email message. If you already have a memo field in your mail template, you can simply add ";1" in the already existing text. For example, the email has to be opened in source code (top left button in the mail template editor). You could change [Action_(added_recently_only_invisible_to_caller)] into [Action_(added_recently_only_invisible_to_caller);1] For On Premises before 5.7: You can hide the time and operator from memo fields as follows: ⒈In Settings Management, go to the email message. ⒉Place the cursor on the [Action] or [Request] inserted field. ⒊Left-click between the square brackets. ⒋Then right-click on the field. A menu appears as shown in the image below. ※ ⒌Choose the option to hide the date stamp from the popup. This will hide the date stamp, including the operator name, from the email message. When you choose this option ';1' is added to the inserted field, e.g. [Action;1].
