This means that this number might contain the same calls or changes several times. When for example a call or change was open at the end of week 1 and 2, the total number contains this call twice. •The report checks the current dates of your incidents, not what the dates were for a given time. Hence, results from the report may depend on when you execute the report. For example, if an incident had been closed in the last week of August, but has been reopened in December, the report will not count this incident in November, but will include it in December. •When your operator language is set to English, your time settings will be based upon American English. For week reports, this implies that weeks start on sunday and end on saterday, and that week numbers may be different from what you are used to.
