Licences: Activating licences doesn't work

Solution: The following may be the case: ⒈If the TOPdesk application server cannot access the activation server at our end, you will get a similar screen: ※ ⒉Copy the generated code in the Administrator console ⒊Enter the code on activate.topdesk.com from a computer that does allow outside network access. You can log in with your My TOPdesk credentials.

Solution: The following may be the case: ⒈If the TOPdesk application server cannot access the activation server at our end, you will get a similar screen: ※ ⒉Copy the generated code in the Administrator console ⒊Enter the code on activate.topdesk.com from a computer that does allow outside network access. You can log in with your My TOPdesk credentials. ⒋When copying the activation code from the Administrator console, sometimes only part of the code is copied. Check whether the entire code as been copied and pasted into activate.topdesk.com. Cause: TOPdesk wants to make a connection with our activation server (activate.topdesk.com) to check the licences. If this connection fails, you will need a different way to validate the licences. The manual activation of licences is described in KI 5341.
