Environment TOPdesk version SaaS / on-premises Requirements N/A Answer This can be caused by multiple things. It strongly depends on which insertion fields you use: 1. The sender field is empty In that case, TOPdesk uses the standard sender you filled in under Functional Settings > Email settings > General. If nothing has been entered there, the sender field will stay empty. 2. The sender field contains the [Operator.Email_(Business)] field In that case, TOPdesk uses the email address of the operator filled in on the card. If that operator has no email address on their Operator card, the sender field will stay empty. 3, The sender fields contains the [System.Email_current_user] field In that case, TOPdesk uses the email address every operator has filled in in their own personal settings. If that field is empty, the sender fields will stay empty. Operators can only enter an email address in this field themselves. ※
