It is possible to change this location in the logging.xml file, which is found in the installation folder of TOPdesk. On the fourth row, you'll find: value="log" refers to the location of the log files, relative to the installation folder of TOPdesk. The location can be changed here. The main disadvantage of changing this location is that the 'Download logfiles' functionality in the TOPdesk interface only reads the default log folder. Therefore, changing this location can negatively effect the accessibility of the logs and can cause problems with solving issues and incidents by TOPdesk Support. ⪽⫗⫗⫗⫗⫗⫗⫗⪾ If the environment is missing multible log.X files, the reason could be that the logs are saved at a different location. If the environment does not have a custom logging entry in their "Additional Parameters" on the asset-card, this information can be found on the application-server in the environments folder "tsXXXXX", in the logging.xml file.
