Solution: It is possible to show the inserted fields in a different language. There are three options for doing this: 1. Change the server language to the desired language (e.g. via Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: select the desired language) 2. Change the TOPdesk configuration. The steps to do this can be found on knowledge item KI 7847. 3. Indicate a language for the inserted fields. However, not all inserted fields have this option. For SaaS, and On Premises 5.7 and up: Click 'Formatting Options'. In some cases this button is only visible upon (re)inserting an insert field. Then, under Language, you can select the desired language. For date fields you can choose 24hr or AM-PM. For On Premises earlier than 5.7: Rightmouseclick on the inserted field. Then, under Language, you can select the desired language. For date fields you can choose 24hr or AM-PM. This should show the inserted fields in the desired language. ※ Cause: For showing the inserted fields in email actions, the server language is used, unless a different language is specified in the topdesk.conf.
