How to create a direct link to cards

This symbol is included in every TOPdesk overview. To find the pi symbol in an overview ⒈Log in to TOPdesk as an operator. ⒉Open an overview, for example the total overview of incidents (Modules > Call Management > Overview 'All'). ⒊Select one call (by clicking on its checkbox, or only highlighting it). It will be displayed in a blue bar. ◦Note: If you do not select a card first, you will get 'javascript:void(0)' as URL. See KI 5452. ⒋Move the cursor to the lower right corner, in the bar saying '1 of X selected'. ⒌When the cursor is in the right location, a pi symbol will appear. ⒍Right-click on this pi symbol and copy the link location. This copies a URL that is built as follows, where your_topdesk_url refers to the url of your environment: https://your_topdesk_url/tas/secure/incident?unid=the_unique_unid_of_the_incident. To open the link in the TOPdesk interface, including the menu and quick launch bar, '/contained' can be added to the url: https://your_topdesk_url/tas/secure/contained/incident?unid=the_unique_unid_of_the_incident.
