Costs of a combination of service and service level

Version: TOPdesk 5.4 and later Answer: It is possible to create a service level that can be used in multiple services, and specify the costs of the service/service level combination independant of any data contained on the service and service level. This is possible since TOPdesk 5.4.

This is possible since TOPdesk 5.4. 1. Create a service level. 2. Create the service(s) where this service level will be applied. 3. When the applicable service levels are specified on a service card, on tab Service Levels, the costs of this combination can be specified. 4. Link the service(s) to a contract, and specify the service level. 5. The costs are shown in block Financial on tab General of the contract, tallying the sum of the linked service/service level combinations. The card data may need to be reloaded for this to be shown. 6. If the costs should not be calculated automatically, tick the Manual box and enter the costs manually.
