Answer: Commonly, this occurs due to the way the overview is filtered. These filters can be set in a variety of ways, for example by only showing all open changes. To remove completed and closed changes, the filter has to be changed by following these steps: ⒈Open the overview of the Changes ⒉Click on Filter at the top-left of the overview Alternatively, click on More > Filter at the top-right of the overview ⒊This gives a pop-up. Look for the field Processing status ⒋Select the option "Ready to Start or Started" in this field ⒌Save by clicking OK This filter setting will remove the completed, closed and cancelled changes from your overview. Only changes which can be started (grey clock icon), are in progress (blue arrow icon) or have been rejected (red hand icon) will be displayed. ※
