Mailimport: special formatting in mailimport

Answer: Since TOPdesk 5.6 HTML formatting is supported for imported emails: bold, italics, underlined, and images. Other formatting is not visible in the created incident. When you want to import emails containing more formatting, e.g. tables, then as a workaround the mailimport can be configured to import the original email as an attachment as well. - Go to system settings. - Open the settings for the mailimport. - On tab: Import Settings, tick the box 'Link email and attach file to document overview'. This will import the original message to the progress trail as an attachment, allowing you to open the email in its original formatting from the progress trail, and from tab Attachments.
