You can do this using the following method: - Open the operator section of TOPdesk. - Click the menu in the top left-hand corner. - Click New > Report > Calls. - Step 1: Choose the preferred time span - Step 2: Select the fields 'Logged' and 'Total actual duration' - Step 3: In Group 1 you select field and sort by operator group. In Group 2 you select field and sort by 'Duration. - Step 4: Choose how you want to display the report. - Step 5: The report shows the requested result.
