Solution (on-premises) ⒈Logon to the administrator console. ⒉Check whether ◦TOPdesk is connected to the database ◦the licenses are still valid. If you are unable to logon to the administrator console, please contact TOPdesk support. Solution (SaaS) Please contact TOPdesk Support. Cause: An unexpected error occurred during start-up. These are possible causes: ⒈The database is outdated and needs to be updated. ⒉TOPdesk cannot connect to the database. ⒊The licenses are no longer valid or they need to be activated again. ※
