Change management: send an email to the operator of a closed change

Answer: In order to send an email to the operator of a closed change, when this change is replied to via mailimport, you can set the following event: •Open TOPdesk Settings Management •Create a new event for changes •Choose event type Elapsed Time •Choose date/time '1 minute after date/time of change' •Choose filter 'Only occurs when' •Choose option 'Changer of the card', and select the user who is is set in the Mailimport settings •Add a second filter to indicate that the event only occurs when the change is closed •Make sure 'and' is selected as separator of the filters, not 'or', so both filters will have to apply for the event to occur Link this event to an email action. Make sure that in this email action the option 'Confirm before sending' is disabled.
