The total time required depends on the complexity of the scripts, the required changes, and whether it is a one-off or recurring import. Request an import script adjustment To make an estimation we would like to receive the import scripts if they are currently in use. Your application manager can provide these. After TOPdesk support has made an estimation, an order confirmation needs to be created and signed. You can do this in the following way: ⒈Log in to My TOPdesk. ⒉Click on Book an expert > Custom import scripts. ⒊Fill in the relevant form. Please be aware of the following: ◦Note as precisely as possible which fields from your source file need to go to which fields on which cards in TOPdesk. ◦Note the incident reference number where the cost estimation was indicated. ◦Note the name of the operator of the incident as contact. ◦Enter the indicated number of days required. ⒋When you have submitted the form, you will receive an email with the order confirmation to sign. Should changing or creating the import script take less time than expected, then based on calculation afterwards a lower fee will be charged.
